Sender email addresses you authorize us to monitor
Permissions granted through Google OAuth, including access to designated sender emails and calendar creation
Feedback or support communications you submit (which may include your email address if signed in)

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

Service and diagnostic logs (such as timestamps, connection status, and error logs)
Subscription and billing status information from our payment processor
Email content is processed transiently and is not stored in our databases.

3. How the Service Works

The Service operates as follows:

You authorize access to your Google account through Google OAuth
We access only emails from the sender addresses you explicitly designate
Email content is processed transiently through our AI providers and calendar invites are created for identified events

4. How We Use Information

Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
Identify and create calendar events from authorized emails
Process subscriptions and payments
Communicate with you about your account or the Service
Monitor performance, security, and reliability
Improve the Service using aggregated and de-identified data

We do not sell personal information and do not use personal data for advertising or marketing purposes unrelated to the Service.

5. How We Share Information

5.1 Service Providers

We may transfer personal information to service providers who perform services on our behalf based on our instructions. Examples of these service providers include entities that process credit card payments, Google for Gmail and Calendar access, AI service providers for calendar event extraction and creation, and providers of website and application functionality, hosting, analytics, advertising, and marketing services.

5.2 Legal and Safety Requirements

We may disclose information if required to comply with applicable law, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of CallieForward, our users, or others.

5.3 Business Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice where required by law.

6. Google API Services Compliance

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google data solely to provide the Service, do not sell it, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it for unrelated purposes.

7. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards designed to protect information, including:

Encryption in transit using TLS/SSL
Secure authentication via Google OAuth 2.0
Access controls and periodic security reviews

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data Retention

Email content is processed and not stored
Account information is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter
Operational logs are retained for troubleshooting, security, and compliance purposes
Upon account deletion, information is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal obligations

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to revoke permissions or cancel your subscription at any time.

Residents of certain U.S. states (including Texas and California) may have additional rights under applicable laws. CallieForward does not sell personal data and does not engage in targeted advertising or profiling as defined by these laws.

10. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We and our service providers may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service, process payments, remember preferences, and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling some may affect functionality. We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals.

We may send service-related or transactional communications as part of providing the Service. With your consent, we may also send promotional communications. You may opt out of promotional emails at any time; service-related communications may continue.

12. Intended Use

The Service is intended for use by authorized adult users with email accounts. The Service is not designed for or directed to children or minors. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. The Service may process school or educational communications that reference children only when such processing is initiated and authorized by a user with appropriate rights and permissions.

13. International Users

The Service is operated in the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Your use of third-party services (such as Google or Stripe) is governed by their respective privacy policies. CallieForward is not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.

The Service relies on user permissions, third-party services, and automated processing. We do not guarantee that all emails will be processed or that all events will be identified accurately.
